Counselling in Langley for Adults & Teens
Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be carrying anxiety, feeling stuck in difficult patterns, or unsure how to move forward.
Counselling offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing
You might be here because…
Anxiety or worry feels hard to manage
You feel stuck in repeating relationship patterns
You feel disconnected from yourself or others
You’re navigating a difficult life transition
Your teenager is struggling and you're unsure how to help
How Can I Help?
Understand Your Pattern
It’s not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. Learn how your mind, body, and relationships adapted to survive difficult experiences.
Our struggles make sense looking at them through a compassionate, trauma-informed lens. What if your problem got its start as a solution?
Heal & Integrate
Rewiring our relationship with our inner world, our emotions, and our body.
Creating the safety and confidence to process our hidden wounds.
Developing a clearer and more integrated sense of self.
Find New Direction
Discover new ways of relating to our world, our relationships and ourselves.
Face pain and uncertainty with compassion and confidence.
Create greater freedom, flexibility, and connection in your life.
I work with adults and teens who struggle with:
Trauma and complex trauma
Anxiety and depression
Shame and self-criticism
Addiction or coping patterns
Relationship difficulties
Intrusive thoughts
Identity Confusion
Stigmatized Diagnoses
If you are looking for counselling, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

My practice is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative.
Your identity, history, and lived experience are welcome here.
I believe healing happens when we feel:

Together we explore the roots of your struggles while building new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I aim to bring empathy, curiosity, and sometimes humour into the work we do together.

Although not necessary, we recommend booking a 75-min session for your initial visit. The reason for this is that my introduction takes 20-30 minutes to get through which means if you book a 50-min session you will likely only have 20-30 minutes to share.
How you share is up to you—you can tell your story, i can ask guiding questions, or we can leave the context for another time and just focus on helping you survive today.

The people who find me tend to have something in common:
They grew up with emotional neglect or trauma or they just can’t put their finger on what was missing.
They feel stuck in people-pleasing or self-sabotaging patterns
They understand their struggles intellectually but still feel trapped in them
