Counselling Rates
Our rates are as follows:
15 minute Phone Consultations – Free
50 minute Sessions – $150 plus GST
75 minute Sessions – $225 plus GST

We accept the following payment options: Credit, Debit, Cash, Cheques, & Interac E-transfers
Cancellations
We kindly ask clients to provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

Insurance & Extended Benefits
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) & Canadian Clinical Counsellor (CCC), most insurance companies and extended benefits providers will offer some coverage for my services. Please double check with your provider before booking a session.
Sliding Scale Rates
The cost of counselling can be a significant barrier making it inaccessible to those who need it. Please talk to me if you find yourself such a position.
Crime Victim Assistance
CVAP helps victims, immediate family members of victims, and witnesses affected by violent crime. Typically all you need to qualify is a police report number. Currently we are a registered CVAP provider but this only covers a small portion of our fees.
First Nations Health Authority
We are a registered FNHA mental health provider. You sessions can be covered if have First Nations Status. Or if you are a former student, or are a family member of a former student, who attended an Indian Residential School or an Indian Day School. You may also be eligible if you are experiencing trauma or distress stemming from missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls in Canada.
To access your funding please send us your status number and we can prequalify you.
ICBC
For the first 12 weeks after a crash, ICBC will cover 12 counselling sessions without the need for a doctor’s referral. Just make sure you have your ICBC claim number before getting treatment. You can then submit your receipts to ICBC for reimbursement.
